History
The historic village of Cannonsburg was established in 1848 and served as the center of business and government for Cannon Township. While no longer the governmental center of Cannon Township, the village of Cannonsburg is still the heart and soul of Cannon Township.
In 1984, I, Don Kurylowicz, purchased what is now known as the Honey Creek Inn with the dream of restoring the historic site in the traditions of a true European pub. What evolved was the Honey Creek Inn, a setting that features excellent food and drink for all to enjoy.
As someone of Polish heritage, I wanted to recreate those memorable meals that Busia would approve of. What is Busia you ask? Busia is the Polish word for Grandma and here at the Honey Creek Inn, we are committed to preparing the old recipes with the same care and love that Busia would. |

Because of you, we have succeeded in preserving not just the Honey Creek Inn, but the entire village of Cannonsburg. The sense of community spirit truly makes visiting the Village a memorable and enjoyable time.
We invite you to bring the family and experience the quality and traditions that the village of Cannonsburg has to offer.
